Detoxification programs are short-term and may be a precursor to other treatment programs (e.g., inpatient programs). 

Inpatient programs are the most intensive form of addiction treatment. When you're in an inpatient rehab center, you live at your treatment facility for the duration of the program. At Centric Behavioral Health's Amerigroup drug addiction treatment center in Florida, inpatient programs include extensive group therapy in addition to individual therapy, recreation activities, and other treatments. Many clients favor inpatient treatment programs as a starting point because it gives them an opportunity to step away from daily life temporarily while developing the skills necessary to cope with and navigate obstacles after their program. 

Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) are one step below inpatient care in intensity and provide the highest level of support you can get without being in inpatient treatment. When you enter a partial hospitalization program at Centric Behavioral Health's Amerigroup drug addiction treatment center in Florida, you'll engage in treatment on-campus five days a week for 6-8 hours daily. Treatment activities are similar to those seen in inpatient programs, including group and individual therapy. However, you will live off-campus outside of treatment hours during PHP, whether in our supportive housing facilities or elsewhere.

Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) at Centric Behavioral Health are less intensive than PHP and require a lower time commitment, including 12-15 hours of therapy groups per week and a once-weekly individual therapy session. Attending an intensive outpatient program at Centric Behavioral Health is ideal for those who need optimal flexibility while in treatment or are stepping down from a higher level of care. Like in PHP, clients in an intensive outpatient program or any other type of outpatient care at our Amerigroup drug addiction treatment center will live off-campus. 

In addition to IOP, Centric Behavioral Health provides an array of other outpatient services that might support your healing process. Outpatient recovery groups (such as 12-step or alumni groups), continued group and individual therapy, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) are all examples of the types of outpatient care your Amerigroup insurance may cover. 

Every treatment program should involve aftercare planning. Aftercare planning helps set you up for success post-treatment and may involve looking for support groups, therapy options, housing, and more. At Centric Behavioral Health, clients in every level of care will create an aftercare plan with staff members before exiting their treatment program.
