programs

Withdrawals from alcohol or any other drug can be uncomfortable and, in some cases, dangerous. Also called "detox," the detoxification programs at our ConnectiCare Florida drug and alcohol rehab will help you get off substances in a supervised medical environment, reduce discomfort, and most importantly, stay safe. programs are short-term and may be a precursor to other treatment programs (e.g., inpatient programs).

Inpatient programs

Inpatient programs are the most intensive kind of addiction treatment. While in an inpatient rehab center, you will live at your treatment facility until your program is over. At Centric Behavioral Health's ConnectiCare drug addiction treatment center in Florida, inpatient programs include extensive group therapy in addition to individual therapy, recreation activities, and other treatments. Many clients favor inpatient treatment programs as a starting point because it allows them to step away from daily life temporarily while developing the skills necessary to cope with and navigate obstacles after their program.

Partial Hospitalization programs

Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) are one step below inpatient care in intensity and provide the highest level of support one can get without being in inpatient treatment. When you enter a partial hospitalization program at Centric Behavioral Health's ConnectiCare drug addiction treatment center in Florida, you'll engage in treatment on-campus five days a week for 6-8 hours daily. Treatment activities are similar to those seen in inpatient programs, including group and individual therapy. However, you will live off-campus outside of treatment hours during PHP, whether in our supportive housing facilities or elsewhere.

Intensive Outpatient Programs

Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) at Centric Behavioral Health are less intensive than PHP and require a lower time commitment than PHP does. IOP includes 12-15 hours of therapy groups per week and a once-weekly individual therapy session. Attending an intensive outpatient program at Centric Behavioral Health is ideal for those who require optimal flexibility while in treatment or are stepping down from a higher level of care. Similar to PHP, clients in an intensive outpatient program or any other type of outpatient care at our ConnectiCare drug addiction treatment center will live off-campus.

Outpatient programs

In addition to IOP, Centric Behavioral Health provides various other outpatient services to support your healing process. Outpatient recovery groups, like 12-step or alumni groups, continued group and individual therapy, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) are all examples of the types of outpatient care your ConnectiCare insurance may cover.

Aftercare planning

Every treatment program should include aftercare planning. Aftercare planning helps set you up for success post-treatment and may involve looking for support groups, therapy options, housing, and more.

At Centric Behavioral Health, clients in every level of care will create an aftercare plan with staff members before graduating from their treatment program.

Centric Behavioral Health is a top-rated addiction treatment center for a reason. We strive to make the highest-quality care accessible to ConnectiCare policyholders, as well as any other clients in our programs. Here are some of the features that set Centric Behavioral Health apart.

Client-centered care

We take a sincerely individualized approach to treatment and understand that no two clients who walk through our doors are exactly alike. No matter what level of care or program you're in, you will work with our staff members to build a treatment plan for yourself that meets your unique needs.

Specialized programs

We have specialized programs that cater to diverse communities, individuals, and groups with specific needs. These include but aren't limited to specialized programs for veterans, first responders, professionals, college students, and young adults.

Dual diagnosis and mental health treatment

Statistics indicate that substance use disorders frequently co-occur with other mental health concerns, such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, or trauma disorders like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Addressing both substance abuse and any comorbidities can be crucial for sustained recovery. That is why we have dual diagnosis care available for clients with a substance use disorder and one or more comorbid mental health conditions.

Evidence-based treatments

Research reveals that numerous therapies and treatments can be used to address substance use disorders and potential co-occurring concerns effectively. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family therapy, medication management, and community support are some treatments you'll find at Centric Behavioral Health. We also offer art therapy, music therapy, and other evidence-based modalities for those who benefit from them.

Supportive housing

Supportive housing is also known as "sober living." We have sober living facilities for people seeking a drug and alcohol-free living space, whether they are involved in one of our treatment programs or not. Supportive housing can be valuable because it gives you a combination of personal space, privacy, and the ability to socialize with other people living a sober lifestyle.

Recreation activities

We take a whole-person approach to healing and understand the necessity of therapeutic recreation activities during addiction treatment. As a result, we offer nutrition and fitness education, meditation classes, yoga, on-campus sporting equipment, and more.
