Levels of Care at Prevail Recovery Center
At Prevail Recovery Center, we believe that recovery looks different for everyone. That's why we offer a full continuum of outpatient care, allowing clients to step into the level of treatment that best fits where they are in their recovery journey — and transition smoothly as they progress.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program is the most intensive level of outpatient care available at Prevail. Clients attend structured programming for several hours per day, multiple days per week, while returning home or to a sober living environment in the evenings. PHP is ideal for clients who have recently completed a residential program or who need a high level of clinical support without 24-hour supervision.
Throughout PHP, clients participate in individual therapy, group sessions, psychoeducation, and skills-building activities designed to lay a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program at Prevail offers a meaningful step down from PHP, providing structured treatment several days per week with greater scheduling flexibility. IOP is designed for clients who have developed a solid recovery foundation and are ready to begin reintegrating into their daily lives while still receiving consistent clinical support.
IOP sessions include group therapy, individual counseling, relapse prevention planning, and family involvement where appropriate. Clients work with their treatment team to apply the skills they are building in real-world settings.
Outpatient Program (OP)
Standard outpatient treatment at Prevail provides the most flexibility of any level of care, allowing clients to maintain work, family, and other responsibilities while continuing their recovery journey with ongoing clinical support. The outpatient program focuses on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and connecting clients with community-based resources to support sustained sobriety long after formal treatment ends.
