Evan Prager is the Chief Executive Officer of Centric Behavioral Health, where he leads the delivery and growth of comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services. Drawing from both lived experience and leadership roles in admissions and marketing across South Florida, he has been instrumental in expanding patient access and strengthening care delivery across the continuum, including residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. After overcoming his own challenges with substance use, Evan dedicated his career to helping others achieve lasting recovery.
